Dr. Seidman is the Chief Research and Knowledge Officer for Fountain House, the organization that began the Clubhouse movement. Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Trust Fund Grant

HOPE Clubhouse has been awarded the $2,500 grant from Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Trust Fund Grant. This grant will allow HOPE Clubhouse to continue our outreach programs both for our members as well as the local community . Thank you Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Trust Fund for supporting HOPE Clubhouse!

Captiva Chapel by the Sea Grant

HOPE Clubhouse has been awarded the $5,000 grant from Captiva Chapel by the Sea. This grant will allow HOPE Clubhouse to establish a media center and attempt to reach out to more adults suffering from mental illness here in Southwest Florida via multimedia. New HOPE Clubhouse Website

On November 1, 2021 HOPE Clubhouse introduced their new website. The new website allows both donors, future members, volunteers and the community at large understand the importance the Clubhouse plays in Lee County. Come explore and help spread the word!


United Way Make a Difference Day

HOPE Clubhouse participated in the United Way Make a Difference Day at Bell Tower shops. As a partner agency of United Way it was a great way to connect with our local community agencies.

UYENO Foundation Grant

HOPE Clubhouse is awarded the $1,000 grant from the UYENO Foundation. This grant will allow HOPE Clubhouse to attend our day camp at Riverside Retreat in the Fall of 2021 or Spring of 2022 depending on when the grant is issued. Thank you UYENO Foundation for supporting HOPE Clubhouse

United Way Fundraising

HOPE Clubhouse has officially started their United Way fundraising effort for 2021. Since starting our fundraising efforts we have already surpassed our goal of $2,430.00. With our $3,180.00 we can now buy $24,936.00 worth of food, or provide 9,531 meals to hungry children and adults.

National Suicide Awareness Month

September is national suicide prevention month. According to NAMI, 78% of all people who commit suicide are male. Suicide is the second cause of death among people are 10-34 since 1999. Lesbian, gay and bisexual youth are 4 times more likely to attempt suicide than their straight counterparts.
